This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours, including students or individuals seeking supplemental or summer employment opportunities.Location: Positive Leaps West Chester, OH Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00 PM 5:30 PM, with flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments as needed to support agency operations Pay Rate: $18/hourPrimary Responsibilities:Provide professional and welcoming administrative supportAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and manage office communicationsMaintain and organize electronic and paper files and recordsAssist with scheduling, forms, mailings, and general office tasksMaintain confidentiality of client and business informationInventory and organize office supplies and maintain a clean workspaceCommunicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholdersSupport additional administrative duties as assignedQualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel is requiredExperience in front office or administrative support preferredExperience working with child and family populations preferredStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailAdditional Information: This position is located within a children's mental health facility and may involve exposure to loud or emotionally heightened environments.
