Data Solution Architect
Role Overview We are building a groundbreaking, AI-native investment ecosystem designed to revolutionize how the world approaches investment decision-making. As we enter the greenfield elaboration phase, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Data Architect to join our core Program Team. You will be instrumental in designing the blueprints—from data models to AI infrastructure—that will power a platform serving everyone from massive wealth funds to private family offices.
Responsibilities Design and implement a Neo4j-powered Knowledge Graph as the central intelligence layer
Incorporate GraphRAG to transform unstructured research into queryable entities with full source attribution
Architect adaptive schema evolution with AI-driven feedback loops and genetic algorithm principles
Develop a multi-dimensional asset ontology for cross-dimensional financial analysis
Design and implement AI agents, agentic harnesses and reasoning frameworks
Ensure investment decision traceability by linking research, strategies and portfolio actions in a lineage graph
Identify and integrate structured, unstructured and semi-structured data sources
Develop logical data models and establish comprehensive data catalogs with metadata registration
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Property-Based Access Control for multi-tenant security
Integrate temporal versioning and thin-pointer architecture for scalable, duplication-free data management
Oversee real-time ingestion pipelines for market and operational data
Document business transformations and establish rigorous data quality/lineage standards
Requirements Expertise in Graph Technologies: Deep knowledge of Graph Data Science, Graph RAG and Cypher
Core Stack: Proven experience with Snowflake and Airflow
Financial Domain Knowledge: Experience with various Market Data sources and financial datasets
Advanced AI Integration: A track record of architecture design for heavy AI-driven or AI-assisted systems
Architectural Leadership: Strong background in Data Architecture, including the design of Data Factories (acquisition to consumption)
Mentorship: Ability to teach and share knowledge on Cypher, Graph traversals and RAG methodologies with cross-functional teams
Nice to have: Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
Nice to have: Experience in greenfield project phases (Roadmap development, Backlog prioritization and Blueprinting)
