Program Manager

Overview In this role you will lead high-impact customer programs and factory stand-ups that enable Hadrian’s mission to strengthen the defense and aerospace manufacturing base. You’ll translate ambiguous problems into clear plans, build executive-ready analyses, and own program outcomes with P&L responsibility. You will collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to define programs and drive execution across manufacturing, operations, and government opportunities. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional leadership opportunity with a clear impact on national security manufacturing.
