Our global client based in Loveland CO, requires a Sr Mgr, SAP S4HANA Functional Lead, with Record to Report solution expertise to evolve their P2P solution and lead their Functional Team.Type: PERMLocation: Loveland CO ( Relocation $$ can be available for the right resource)MUST be able to travel back and forth between US and CANUS citizen / Green Card - H1B will be considered for that perfect candidateStart Date: ASAP Salary : Market competitive salary, great benefits packageWhat You Will BringMinimum 10 years practical experience in SAP R2R functional solution design and deliveryMinimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionalsHands on functional experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration to SD, MM & PPHands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios is requiredFSCM experience although not mandatory would be considered a bonusProven leader that can build and lead a high performing teamProven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Solution ArchitectHistory of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processesProven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budgetExperience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution deliveryStrategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environmentExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leadersAbility to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staffWillingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and usersOutcome drivenUndergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalentWhat you will do:Grow and lead a high performing team of functional analysts and architects that will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support the Solutions Record to Report business functionWork with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needsDevelop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goalsResponsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experienceMay be responsible for hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementationDetermine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectivesEnsure integrity of all solutions in the Record to Report space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practicesAssist with the prioritization of demand items in the R2R spaceAccountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and executionRecruit, develop, and mentor team membersMust have Work Authorization for USA The Addmore Group is the premier provider of SAP related resources in Canada and USA Since 1992, Addmore has been solely focused on providing the right SAP resources to our clients.
