Field Operations Administrator

HYBRID Opportunity in Northeast, OHResponsible for providing high level administrative support and partnership to DVP(s) , VP (s) in Field Operations/Operations Administration teams to maximize leader and departmental efficiency. Responsible for maintaining an advanced knowledge of field operations for comprehensive support delivery on banner/leader priorities while ensuring adhering to protocol, process, and procedure.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative ownership including coordination of calendars; travel arrangements; meeting arrangement and notes; compiling sales data and reports; review and process travel expense reports; report preparation; memos, documents, presentations; and other correspondence as directed by Field Operations AdministrationMonitor departmental expenses to adhere to department budgetsDevelop and maintain a productive relationship within Store Operations, Operations Administration, and other departments within the company, district managers, and field employeesFirm understanding & knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures to always ensure appropriate administrative protocolSupport project managers in the alignment of project resources to drive excellence in project planning, delivery, and closure activities inclusive of lessons learned, knowledge transfer, archiving of documents, etc.Generate and receive confidential and sensitive information/files, ensure that information is securely maintained and archivedDevelop and manage project plans associated with operations projects, corporate initiatives, and other field-related projectsCoordinate day-to-day activities associated with assigned projects to ensure goals/objectives are accomplished and deadlines are metWork as liaison among project stakeholders to gather information and move projects forwardCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsResponsible for creation/analysis presentations to Managers/Directors/VPs both verbal and writtenQualificationsAssociate or Bachelor degree preferred or equal equivalent/relevant experience2+ years supporting Vice President or aboveStrong administrative and/or office related experience, project experienceMust be a self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks with a high degree of urgency in a fast-paced environmentComplete confidentiality on important business projectsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
