Job Title: ArchaeologistLocation: Atlanta, GA 30309Shift timing: Mon - Fri Standard ShiftEmployment Type: ContractDuration: 12 Months (Possible extension/conversion)Domain: utility and Electrical Power and distributionPay rate: $45-$52/hr on w2Application Deadline: Late date for receipt of application is May 29, 2026Education and Experience Required:Graduate degree in archaeology, anthropology, or related discipline, plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience (at least 1 at the supervisory level.Preferred 5 years’ experience with at least 2 at the supervisory level) in cultural resource management, specializing in planning, directing, conducting, reviewing, and/or reporting on archaeology and/or archaeological/cultural resource surveys.Skills Required:Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with representatives from multiple functional areas, including management, legal counsel, project engineers, and third-part representatives.Ability to simultaneously balance multiple projects effectively.Experience with GIS, report review, screening/background research for cultural resources.
