Position : Hardware Engineer/Qual LeadLocation: Remote PositionFull-Time PositionJob descriptionLead and execute qualification activities for server SKUs and hardware components including BIOS BMC CPU GPU RAM CPLD FPGA DIMM HDDSSDNVMe and NICsPerform hardware validation stability testing performance benchmarking and issue triaging across server platformsValidate firmware drivers and OS compatibility across Windows Ubuntu HyperV and VM environmentsExecute storage validation covering RAID Smart ArrayHBA controllers DAS SAN and drive qualificationAnalyze network performance metrics such as throughput latency and bandwidth utilizationUse stress and performance tools including Prime95 Intel pTAT IOmeter FIO Ntttcp SOC Perf and Latte for system validationDebug hardwaresoftware failures and collaborate with ODMOEM and engineering teams for issue resolutionSupport server bring up boot flow validation PCIPCIe validation and protocol testing SCSI SAS SATADrive automation documentation test reporting and release readiness activitiesEnsure timely tracking of bugs validation status and qualification signoffsStrong understanding of server architecture and hardware qualification processesHandson experience with BIOS BMC CPU GPU memory storage and networking technologiesGood knowledge of storage concepts including RAID SAN DAS HBA controllers and drive technologiesUnderstanding of network performance validation and troubleshootingExperience with performance stress tools and hardware diagnostics utilitiesStrong knowledge of firmware drivers PCI PCIe and server boot processesProficiency in Windows Linux OS installation Hyper V and virtualization testingStrong debugging analytical and problem solving skillsExperience with scripting automation tools is an added advantageSkillsMandatory Skills : Python
