Cisco CVP IVR Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco CVP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP), VXML scripting, Java programming, and contact center technology. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating IVR call flows and components to support efficient customer interaction within a contact center environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop IVR call flows using Cisco CVP Call StudioImplement and manage VXML-based scripting to facilitate seamless customer interactionsDevelop and integrate custom Java components for advanced CVP functionalityCollaborate with database teams to enable data-driven IVR interactionsAnalyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing CVP applicationsEnsure alignment with contact center best practices and operational needsProvide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed IVR solutionsMust-Have Qualifications:Proficient in Cisco CVP platform and Call StudioStrong experience with VXML scripting for call flow developmentSolid background in Java programming and component developmentKnowledge of contact center operations and best practicesExperience with database integration in IVR/Call Center environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in enterprise-level contact centersFamiliarity with other contact center platforms or tools (e.g., Cisco UCCE, Finesse)Ability to work in agile or fast-paced environments
