EEG Tech Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,956 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/25/2026 About the Position Job Title: Neurophysiology Technologist Profession: Neurophysiology Technologist Specialty: FS Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: One or more years in the Neurophysiology / Neurodiagnostics / Polysomnography field preferred License: Current Basic Life Support required upon hire Certifications: Certified Neurodiagnostics Technologist or Neurophysiology preferred Must-Have: Ability to provide outstanding patient care. Some general knowledge of physiology. Cognitive and psychomotor skills required. Good verbal and written communication skills that allow for clear, concise, and calm information relay. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and physicians. Basic knowledge of computers. Description: Under direct supervision, assists in the performance of various Neurophysiology procedures that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of nerve and brain disorders. Records and identifies various Neurophysiology data in various settings. After supervised orientation, obtains patient history, attaches patient electrodes, and operates Neurophysiology equipment. During the operation of equipment, observes studies, analyzes wave graphs, and documents to indicate disorders and artifacts. Responsible for settings adjustments. Cares for all age groups, sets up and prepares patients for Neurophysiology studies, and completes post-study paperwork to maintain patient files. Adheres to departmental guidelines during patient care. Attends educational and departmental meetings. Observes Neurophysiology data and is willing to acquire new skills under the direction of physicians, nurse practitioners, managers, and technologists. Participates in maintaining equipment and reports needed repairs. Maintains a clean environment, including equipment and workspaces. Performs other duties as assigned.
