Today, AI agents built on BIK power over $100M in annual sales for 500+ brands.Manifest.ai is a GPT-powered digital store associate that helps eCommerce brands convert more traffic by answering buyer questions, recommending products, and guiding purchases in real time.Together, BIK.ai and Manifest.ai serve 500+ global brands across India, the US, and other international markets, including Transformer Table, LEGO, Mitchell, Imagine, and Durex.We’re growing fast, selling globally, and now scaling aggressively in the US market.About the RoleThis is not a typical SDR role.You’ll be one of the first SDRs helping build our US outbound engine from the ground up. You won’t just be “setting meetings” you’ll be helping define how we break into accounts, what messaging works, and how we build repeatable pipeline in a new market.You’ll work closely with founders, AEs, and GTM Team to target high-potential eCommerce brands, engage decision-makers, and create real pipeline for the business.If you like ownership, outbound selling, sharp messaging, and being close to revenue, you’ll like this role.What You’ll DoBuild qualified pipeline for the sales team through cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and account researchProspect into eCommerce brands across the US and identify the right buyers and championsBook meetings with Founders, CEOs, Heads of ECommerce, Growth, Retention, and CX leadersPersonalize outbound messaging based on company, use case, and buyer pain pointsQualify prospects before handing them off to Account ExecutivesWork closely with AEs and founders on account strategy, targeting, and outbound campaignsFollow up consistently and keep opportunities movingMaintain clean CRM hygiene and update lead status, notes, and activityBring market feedback back into GTM, positioning, and messaging decisionsWho This Is For1–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or other outbound/customer-facing rolesComfortable in outbound-heavy, fast-moving environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident picking up the phone, sending cold emails, and handling objectionsCurious, coachable, and excited to learn how modern SaaS sales worksSelf-directed, high-energy, and comfortable with ambiguityBased in the United StatesWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently generating qualified meetings and pipelineBuilding strong outbound momentum into target accountsHelping create repeatable outbound processes that scaleBecoming a trusted front line for how we enter and win in the US market
