As an Account Lead at Koddi, you will be the face of our most impactful engagements with clients, ensuring that our digital marketing analysts are successful by removing obstacles and enabling them to focus on making a significant impact. You will act as the primary client contact, refining and consolidating communication from various team members to ensure clarity and effectiveness. This role will be partnering with premier travel brands to create data-based, automated solutions to achieve their greater business objectives, ensuring that each account has a clear service plan proactively addressing any challenges that arise.Koddi is a fast-growing technology company. We are seeking quick and strategic thinkers with fantastic communication skills, ready to contribute to our dynamic team.What You'll DoLeverage our industry-leading technology to manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to our clients.Ensure that each account has a clear service plan and problem solves any challenges; Knowing their client’s strategy inside and out, constantly measuring Koddi’s performance up against thatTrain, develop, and coach Digital Marketing Analysts, including providing them with performance feedback and assistance with career planningEnsure priorities and approaches are clearManage any ongoing projects and deliverablesConfirm all day-to-day tasks are completed and correctSpot check client performance, providing regular guidance on opportunitiesFacilitate “closing conversations” with teamsEnsure the best possible client communicationsHost team meetings and conduct 1:1 meetings with Digital Marketing AnalystsConfirm client goals and pacingOrganize and participate in client calls, with a strategic focusContribute to training and documentationEnsure that recurring tasks are automatedComplete account auditsDevelop and execute testing initiativesPrepare and coordinate quarterly business reviews for clients, including coaching presentations and leading presentations within a live settingAssist with new client onboarding and sales pitches as neededContribute and participate in team knowledge by researching and sharing info on: Industry, Competitors, SolutionsConduct intermediate-level technical troubleshootingLead new publisher and/or product integrationsCollaborate with cross-functional team (e.g., product, operations, engineering, etc.) team, providing feedback and brainstorming on new featuresReview client workload, service plan, and deliverablesTake part in management trainingWhat You'll Bring4+ years of experience (or related coursework)Minimum of 1 year management experienceAdvanced analytical skill set including the ability to mine data for trends and communicate opportunities effectively with data and visuals through clear and concise storytellingCapable of leading and managing multipoint communication, with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in both independent and team environments
