Network Administrator – MQ-9 Enterprise C-NOC with Security Clearance

Support Global MQ-9 Operations Join the team responsible for operating and sustaining the networks that enable MQ-9 Reaper missions around the world. As a Network Administrator supporting the MQ-9 Enterprise Centralized Network Operations Center (C-NOC), you will monitor, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain the critical infrastructure that supports aircraft control, ISR dissemination, satellite communications, and cross-domain connectivity across the MQ-9 enterprise. This is not a help desk position. You will work directly with operational networks supporting real-world missions in a fast-paced environment alongside experienced network engineers, systems administrators, cybersecurity professionals, and Air Force mission partners. What You'll Work With Cisco routers and switchesEnterprise network monitoring platformsSATCOM transport networksHAIPE encryption devicesISR video transport systemsBoundary and cross-domain architecturesACN Transport, Combat, and Training enclavesMission-critical DoD enterprise networks Key Responsibilities Network Operations Monitor and maintain enterprise MQ-9 network infrastructureConfigure and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching environmentsSupport transport, boundary, and encrypted communications systemsAssist with network provisioning and operational changesSupport live operational missions with minimal downtimeTroubleshooting & Incident Response Investigate connectivity, routing, and performance issuesSupport geographically dispersed MQ-9 sites worldwideCoordinate troubleshooting efforts across multiple organizationsEscalate mission-impacting outages and provide resolution supportCybersecurity & Compliance Assist with STIG implementation and security complianceSupport vulnerability remediation effortsMaintain network configuration backups and documentationParticipate in RMF and cybersecurity sustainment activities Minimum Qualifications Active TS/SCI ClearanceSecurity+ CE (or equivalent IAT Level II certification)3+ years of network administration experienceExperience with Cisco routing and switchingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment Preferred Qualifications CCNA CertificationExperience supporting DoD networksNOC, SOC, or enterprise operations experienceKnowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, and network segmentationExperience with SATCOM, ISR, or mission systemsFamiliarity with HAIPE, TACLANE, or encrypted transport solutions Why Join Us?
