As an Accounting Financial Director, you will oversee all major financial decisions and payroll (limited human resources responsibilities) within the company, working closely with upper management to determine budgets and department needs, and make regular financial analysis. You will also set financial goals for, prepare sales forecasts, implement new financial plans and policies, and work with the company's independent CPA to provide the required monthly reporting and ensure the company is in excellent financial health. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience working on large/small scale company finances and accounts, has excellent analytical skills, and has the ability to step back from a single department and see the larger company-wide picture. Degree in accounting/finance and being a CPA are desirable but not necessary.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with every department to create financial goals, budgets, and plans that align with the overall company budgets and financesManage the payroll and Human resources of under 20 employeesCreate monthly matrix and reports based on the financial health of the company, and present these reports to managementForecast sales and make financial projectionsOversee expenditure by all the departments and ensure they are within budgetMake sure financial compliance of the company as a wholeQualificationsPrevious, demonstrated experience handling company-wide financesStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong computer skills, including working with Microsoft Office suite
