Join us today and bring your individuality along!As a Vitality Living Transportation Driver, you will impact lives as you: Drive vehicles from community to social and other destinations according to assigned schedulePractice safe driving techniques, adhere to posted speed limits, and follow state guidelines for motor vehicle operation at all timesSecure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during tripDocument all damages to company vehicles, including accidents, dents, natural wear and tear, etc.Clean interior and exterior of vehicle after each outing and ensure adequate fuel levelsParticipate in the planning, implementation, and promotion of activities to enhance the quality of life for all residentsSafely transport residents in community bus or another vehicle according to scheduleFacilitate engagement programs that promote a vibrant lifestyle; model appropriate and successful engagement of residentsCreate engagement for residents based on their preferences, experiences, and lifelong interests as reported in the resident life journalCoordinate outings, special events, and partnerships with the greater community to enhance overall engagement experience for residentsPerform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director, Engagement Director, or Memory Care DirectorJoin Us Today If You Meet The Following RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDMust be 21 years or olderValid driver's license with clean record that meets company insurance standardsCommercial driver's license (CDL) designation may be required if driving vehicles with a capacity of more than 15 passengersWorking knowledge of all motor vehicle safety precautions and comply with safety measuresCPR/First Aid certificationSome Of Our Benefits IncludeMonthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses401kJob DetailsPart-TimeVitality Living is an equal opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong.
