As a Strategic Account Executive, you will do more than sell software; you will help customers realize the measurable impact of relationship intelligence by unlocking revenue growth, improving retention, and expanding influence through meaningful human connection.In this role, you will drive Introhive's growth across North America by developing and expanding strategic enterprise partnerships. You will execute a focused territory plan to generate net new business while deepening relationships within existing accounts. Reporting to the Vice President of North American Sales, you will engage senior decision makers, lead complex sales cycles, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout a consultative, value driven buying journey.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp acquire new business and incremental revenue via clientsMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsBuild, plan, and execute a regional/territory or industry vertical business planPresent, pitch, and run product demonstrations as requiredSelf-generate client and partner opportunitiesWork closely with pre-sales, lead generation, inside sales, and commercial sales teams within North AmericaWork closely with marketing to enable digital, account-based marketing (ABM) and cold sales leads (SQL's) for the regionResearch customers and uncover potential new business and opportunitiesUtilize CRM (Salesforce) to track and manage all pertinent information related to leads and opportunities.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product featuresGain an in-depth knowledge of the Introhive platformWhere needed, host online presentations and product demonstrationsOccasional travel Qualifications and Experience Drive net new business and expansion revenue across strategic enterprise accounts in North AmericaConsistently meet and exceed annual revenue targetsDevelop, execute, and continuously refine a strategic territory planBuild and nurture long-term customer relationships to support pipeline growth and retentionLead consultative, solution-focused discovery conversations aligned to customer strategyDevelop compelling business cases and clearly quantify ROIMaintain forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management in SalesforceCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to progress opportunitiesPartner with Marketing on digital campaigns and account-based initiatives to generate high-quality pipelineRepresent Introhive through webinars, virtual events, industry presentations, and regional engagementsTravel as needed for in-person meetings and eventsKey Responsibilities We care about what you know and how you show up-not just where you've been. If this sounds like you, let's talk:10+ years of experience in SaaS sales preferred; extensive experience in other complex sales environments will be consideredProven success in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise relationship management functionsStrong understanding of the enterprise sales process and supporting systemsExperience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement technologiesDemonstrated ability to build pipeline through partners, existing relationships, and regional networksSelf-starter with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teamsPassion for business development, marketing, and relationship buildingPositive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to deliver outcomesNice to Have (But Not Required) Degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or relatedExperience in vertical-specific selling (e.g., professional services, legal, financial services)Why Introhive?
