We staff many shifts and ask our associates to be flexible.Who we need: We are seeking a customer service professional with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should have proficient computer skills and be able to take direction and work in a fast paced environment while reporting accidents and loss of personal property. Providing the highest level of customer service while empathizing with customers in high stress situations is a must.Essential Functions:Answer incoming phone calls from policyholders, insurance agents or auto glass shops - listening to each customer's needs and concerns.Gather information to help qualify damage for repair, replacement, or recalibration services.
