We are driven to wow our clients and business partners, improve our processes, hire the right people, and help them grow.POSITION SUMMARY:This central role is to assist with estimating and project management responsibilities, including creating quantitative estimates and managing projects successfully from setup through closeout, while ensuring client satisfaction is maintained. Candidates are to be highly self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and work well in team-oriented environments.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:EstimatingCreate quantity take-offs from construction documentsPrice labor productions using project specific knowledge & department standard rates Solicit material and subcontractors for bidsCreate narrative proposal with breakouts for each estimate within standard deliverable Follows up on opportunities and customer relations as neededContributes to team effort by accomplishing team goalsProject ManagementPrepare and manage material submittals and procurement logsEffectively control new & updated documents (drawings/specs/RFI's/etc.), distribute to appropriate stakeholdersEstablish job cost budgets and track progress in fieldManage monthly billing processUnderstands and can identify scope & impact of changes as it relates to the projectManage standardized change order logResolve all open change order requests with GC project teamReconcile change orders with tier-subcontractorsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent combination of related experience and technical training (1-4 years)Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to disciplineKnowledge of Construction Management SoftwareCOMPENSATION DETAILS:Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus.
