Starting pay is between $25-$30/hour. The Operational Specialist will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and workflows. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing operational systems, supporting cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and enhancing sales operations.
