You will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.What You Will DoYou are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's products/servicesThe Delivery Partner must maintain quality client service and day to day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of WorkMaintain an updated SOP "Standard Operating Procedures" for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficientlyImplement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficienciesFacilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through the VMS and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing desk suppliers and managersProactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for successResolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing agency.What You Will NeedA customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a "Can-Do" attitude!Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldFluent in both English and Dutch at a professional business level3+ years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organizationExperience with VMS is a plusWhat Magnit will Offer YouAt Magnit, you'll be joining an innovative, high-growth environment and can quickly make an impact to help transform the largest companies in the world.
