We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Facilities Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace for our employees. Position Summary The Facilities Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys creating a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors throughout the facility. Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators. Restock restroom, break room, and common area supplies. Dust and clean offices, conference rooms, and other workspaces. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean windows, windowsills, and glass surfaces. Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. Follow company safety procedures when handling cleaning products and equipment. Perform other custodial and facility-related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1–2 years of custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safe cleaning practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with management and co-workers. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
