Home Inspector

Freedom Home Services, LLC is seeking a licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering thorough inspections and top-tier customer service.In this role, you will perform comprehensive residential inspections, evaluating major systems including structural components, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. In addition to standard inspections, you will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of ancillary services such as well and septic evaluations, water quality testing, air quality testing, pool and spa inspections, and sewer scope inspections.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field while also communicating clearly with clients and real estate professionals. Strong report writing skills and the ability to explain findings in a professional and easy-to-understand manner are essential.Requirements include an active Home Inspector license, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with inspection software or mobile technology. Experience with additional inspection services is preferred but not required.This is a field-based position with flexible scheduling and strong income potential based on experience and services performed.
