This is why our drivers enjoy long-lasting careers with our organization.Benefits You Can Rely On:Compensation: Drivers earn between $78,000 and $95,000 annually.Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience.Pay Structure: Compensation based on hourly rates, miles driven, stops made, and cases delivered.Home Daily: Routes may vary, and CDL-A drivers should be prepared for overnight loads.Team Driving Opportunities.Immediate Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with FSA/HSA options and company-paid life insurance from day one.Paid Holidays: Accrue vacation time and sick leave starting on your first day.401(k) Profit Sharing: Available after 90 days of employment.Additional Perks: Pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discounts, tuition reimbursement, and more!Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report that details the vehicle's condition.Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys for off-hour deliveries.Operate the tractor-trailer to its destination, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.Maintain a driver log (manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer locations.Perform other assigned duties as needed.Qualifications for a CDL-A Teammate:Must be at least 21 years old.Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.Meet our organization's MVR and risk rating standards.Ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary for effective and safe job performance, including understanding work instructions and safety protocols.Are You a Good Fit?
