AI/ML Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design, evangelize, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions to meet customer technical requirements and business objectives.• Architect complex, scalable, and secure machine learning solutions tailored to specific customer needs.• Help customers identify high-value use cases, select and fine-tune models, and navigate technical challenges.• Develop proof-of-concepts and propose strategies for implementing AI and generative AI solutions at scale.• Design and run experiments, research new algorithms, and optimize for risk, profitability, and customer experience.• Act as a trusted advisor on the latest advancements in AI/ML and innovative data utilization.What You'll Need• 3+ years of experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, data analysis tools, and techniques.• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI or above.• Experience defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance.• Experience applying quantitative analysis to solve business problems and working on multi-team, cross-disciplinary projects.• 2+ years of computer vision experience.• Knowledge of cloud services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($131,300 - $177,600) plus potential for sign-on payments and restricted stock units.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.• Opportunity to work at the forefront of Machine Learning and AI, applying Generative AI to solve real-world problems.• Be part of a global team of experts helping customers realize their desired business outcomes on the cloud.Apply via Haystack today!
