Assistant Foreman

Job Description Responsibilities:Support daily onsite operations by assisting the Foreman with planning, organizing, and executing pool installation tasksLead by example through strong work ethic, professionalism, and consistent adherence to safety and quality standardsGuide crew members by demonstrating techniques, offering direction, and helping newer team members learnOperate tools and equipment safely and effectively, including excavation tools and installation machineryEnsure jobsite readiness through layout assistance, material staging, equipment checks, and site cleanupCommunicate project needs clearly with the Foreman and team to keep installations on scheduleTroubleshoot onsite challenges and assist in finding practical, timely solutionsPromote a positive team environment built on collaboration, respect, and accountabilityQualifications:Construction or installation experience required; pool installation experience is a plusWillingness to learn leadership skills and take on increasing responsibilityComfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical tasksBasic equipment operation skills with openness to training on specialized toolsStrong communication habits and a team?
