Their primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines while ensuring tight tolerances and exceptional quality standards. Keep reading for more details!What's in it for you:1st shift 7:40am-4pmStarting pay $26/hr.$1,000 Sign-On Bonus once hired onCompetitive benefits package including:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysWhat your day will look like:Set up and operate CNC machines following standard work proceduresInspect and deburr parts to ensure high-quality standards are metPerform preventative maintenance (PM) and minor repairs on machinesTroubleshoot and resolve equipment abnormalities as they ariseParticipate in continuous improvement activities such as SMED, Kaizen, and problem-solving initiativesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat we are looking for:3+ years of CNC machine operating or maintenance experienceExperience with OSP, Fanuc, or Haas controlsStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprintsExperience troubleshooting and repairing CNC components such as spindles, motors, and turretsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plusExperience with Fanuc robots, simple fabrication, or welding preferredAt Apex, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
