Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families.PRACTICE SPECIFICSFind work-life balance in one of the most breathtaking places on earth!Work with a tight-knit team of 5 Family Medicine physicians, 1 APC's and 16 Additional staffUnique opportunity to do both clinic & hospital work - Inpatient/Outpatient practiceOpportunity to do ER shifts8AM-5PM routine clinic dayCall is 1:5. Call-day is 8AM-6PM, in clinic. Phone coverage for admission overnight.
