Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

3rd Shift Manager - Production Job Responsibilities: Maintain and enforce safety policies, and ensure employees are properly informed regarding policies and hazards. Schedule work activities and times including coordination with Maintenance Supervisor to schedule maintenance activities. Supervise production team. Perform Manufacturing functions Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, work in process, and finished goods and submit requisitions for needed items. Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement measures. Coordinate and document training programs including on the job training, safety training, and quality training. Ensure ISO quality procedures are followed and standards are met. Enforce disciplinary policies consistently and effectively. Track and report production levels. Perform other duties as requested Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained. 3rd Shift Manager - Production Minimum Requirements: Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude Accredited degree in technical or industrial management field or equivalent experience 5 years supervision experience in industrial production environment or equivalent Excellent problem solving and leadership skills Familiarity with OSHA industrial standards 3rd Shift Manager - Production Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of shop equipment.
