This role requires someone comfortable working with multiple systems and staying on top of details in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate schedules and daily operations* Communicate with customers and internal team* Maintain and update systems and records* Handle online tasks such as uploading, organizing, and managing information* Keep projects moving efficiently and on trackRequirements* Strong organization and multitasking skills* Excellent communication* Very comfortable with computers and learning new systems* Fast, detail-oriented* Reliable and proactivePreferred (Not Required)* Experience in home services, construction, or similar industries* Familiarity with CRM or scheduling toolsCompensation* Full-time* $24–$28/hour (based on experience)
