Program Manager

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support customer programs and drive cross-functional coordination within the Flex PCB / electronics manufacturing industry. This role serves as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, operations, and manufacturing to support new product development, quotations, project execution, and ongoing production support.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of PCB/Flex PCB manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding current and new programsManage customer relationships and support new business opportunitiesCoordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are metPrepare and submit quotations, pricing proposals, and cost reduction initiativesReview customer design requirements and coordinate DFM/DRC feedbackSupport project planning activities, milestones, and delivery schedulesParticipate in customer meetings, design reviews, and technical discussionsCoordinate issue resolution between customers, suppliers, overseas teams, and internal departmentsSupport Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) activities and DOE coordinationDrive process improvement, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiativesPrepare forecasts and support program reporting activitiesConduct regular customer visits and maintain strong business relationshipsGather industry trends and competitive market informationCoordinate conference calls and project updates with global teams as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in PCB/Flex PCB manufacturing, engineering, program management, or related industriesStrong understanding of fabrication drawings, BOMs, electronic schematics, and manufacturing processesExperience supporting customer programs within electronics manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with AutoCAD, ECAM, or related engineering softwareExcellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teamsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus, but not requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with Flex PCB (FPCB/FPBC) manufacturing processesCustomer-facing experience including presentations, meetings, and project coordinationExperience supporting moderately complex manufacturing or engineering programsExperience working with overseas suppliers and global teams
