K-12 Occupational Therapist - Teletherapy Specialist

DescriptionWe're excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our remote team, helping K-12 students across Wisconsin achieve their academic and daily living goals. As a key member of our teletherapy services, you'll be making a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality therapy remotely.In this remote role, you will provide personalized occupational therapy services to students, helping them develop essential skills for success both in the classroom and in everyday life. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting students’ growth and helping them reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver remote occupational therapy services, including evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring.Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into students' educational and daily routines.Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct engaging and effective therapy sessions with students.Assess and track students’ progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.Provide guidance and support to teachers and parents on strategies to enhance students’ functional abilities and participation.Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy (OT).Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin.Preferably, at least 2 years of experience providing occupational therapy services in K-12 educational settings.Strong understanding of K-12 educational processes and therapy best practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.If you're passionate about making a difference in students' lives and enjoy working remotely, we'd love to hear from you!Employment Type: Full-Time
