The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets, with values ranging from $10 million USD to $200 million+ USD.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support our commercial real estate acquisitions across office, industrial, and multifamily asset classes. The role involves assisting with underwriting, market research, investment memos, pipeline organization, and due diligence coordination. You will work closely with senior team members, interact with internal departments and external partners, and contribute to the full lifecycle of acquisition and disposition activities.Key Responsibilities: Support acquisitions of team leaders with underwriting, pipeline management, market research, investment memo drafting, due diligence, and ad hoc requests. Assist in the underwriting of office, industrial, and multifamily product types, utilizing ARGUS (preferred) Enterprise and Excel Assist the organization of the office, industrial, and multifamily prospective acquisition pipelines Coordinate due diligence and the closing process for acquisition deals including third-party reports, property-level information and debt financing Attend weekly acquisition team meetings, daily morning check-ins, and monthly firmwide calls (via Zoom). Hold calls (assisted or unassisted) with external parties, including leasing, investment sales, and debt brokers, investors, and consultants. Draft and format email blasts, one-pagers, and more in-depth investment memos pitching prospective acquisitions. Market research including pulling sales and lease comps, historic market trends, and other ad hoc requests. Interact internally with asset management, property management, construction management, accounting, and senior management. Assist asset management in the disposition process, as needed. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field required; 2-4 years of commercial real estate experience in the office, industrial, multifamily and/or data center asset classes with a focus on acquisition activities including underwriting, market research, and due diligence. General knowledge of real estate finance including cash flows, lease, debt, and equity structures, and property accounting. Proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise (preferred). Experience with Asana and Compstak is ideal. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) with advanced knowledge of Excel (financial modeling and analytical techniques). Comparable experience with Google Suite programs. Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
