Java AI Lead

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design scalable applications, build intelligent automation solutions, and drive AI adoption through Agentic AI architectures, Prompt Engineering, and enterprise integration patterns.Key Responsibilities:Application Development & ArchitectureDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Build scalable and responsive web applications using React and modern frontend technologies.Design secure, high-performance REST APIs and event-driven integrations.Agentic AI & Intelligent AutomationImplement Prompt Engineering strategies to improve AI accuracy, response quality, and task automation.Build AI-powered workflow automation solutions, and autonomous agents.Integrate GenAI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, and automation platforms.Automation & IntegrationDevelop automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar tools.Integrate applications with cloud services, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms.Develop workflow orchestration and intelligent process automation solutions.Data Modeling & Solution DesignDesign logical and physical data models supporting enterprise applications.Define application architecture patterns, integration strategies, and system interactions.Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of solutions
