Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Solution Discovery
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, and engineering teams to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
Solution Design & Development
Design, develop, and deploy custom software applications, integrations, and automation solutions.
Build scalable APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
Develop production-quality code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Integrate enterprise platforms, third-party applications, and legacy systems.
Deployment & Operations
Configure and deploy solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with architects, developers, project managers, and customer teams to ensure successful delivery.
Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment phases.
Capture customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:
Python
Java
C#
Go
JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with:
REST APIs and microservices architecture
SQL and NoSQL databases
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Docker and Kubernetes
Git-based development workflows
CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
Knowledge of distributed systems and data engineering platforms.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.).
Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and modern application architecture.
Prior consulting or customer-facing delivery experience.
