You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you
will:Program and optimize
multi-axisCNC turning
centersSet up and validate new machining
processesSelect tooling, determine
workholding, and refine cutting
strategiesDevelop setup sheets and process
documentationEstimate cycle times, tooling
cost, and production flowPerform
first-article validation and in-process
troubleshootingAdjust feeds, speeds, offsets,
and tool paths to maintain qualityTrain and
support setup machinists and
operatorsCollaborate with leadership,
planners, QC, and machinistsSupport
