Diesel Mechanic: Full-Time ($25-35/hr)

Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic with experience in heavy-duty diesel engines, specifically Cummins engines and diesel emissions (DEF) systems. The ideal candidate is a dependable, self-motivated professional with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related componentsPerform troubleshooting on engine, electrical, and emissions systemsService and repair DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) and aftertreatment systemsComplete preventative maintenance and inspectionsAccurately document work performed and parts usedMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:Proven experience as a diesel mechanic (journeyman level preferred)Strong knowledge of Cummins engines and diesel systemsExperience working with DEF and emissions systemsExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyValid driver’s license (CDL a plus, if applicable)Preferred (not required):OEM or ASE certificationsExperience with diagnostic software and tools
