If you have a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in QuickBooks and Office 365, and a passion for collaboration, we encourage you to apply!Key ResponsibilitiesProjects Related Activities:Prepare quotes for builders and clientsGenerate builder and client invoicesBuild and maintain job filesUpdate job progress sheets with new projectsGather and provide information to the CAD Department, working closely with Client Relations teamPrepare shipping tickets and shop orders upon job approvalSchedule job shipping and create Bill of LadingRecord labor hours and complete profitability reports for finished jobsMaintain inventory recordsCreate purchase orders for materials and suppliesAccounting Activities:Record jobs on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow logsProcess accounts payable and receivable with the CEOPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and manage cash flowAssist with payroll, human resources, and office file maintenance alongside the CEOMaintain annual payroll taxes and prepare company tax documentation with the CEOMarketing:Support the CEO with marketing efforts, including SEO, Facebook, Instagram, and other platformsMiscellaneous Duties:Accommodate customer-specific requirements as neededTrain office team members as necessaryAnswer phones and provide general office supportQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDProficiency in QuickBooks and Office 365Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and fill in for team members as neededStrong organizational and communication skillsWhat we offerBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceApplication Question(s):Do you have proficiency using QuickBooks?Do you have proficiency in using Word and Excel?Work Location: In personPlease email resumes to lanie.morris@thehroffice.org to apply.
