Job Description Shift Time:1. Shift A (Day | 8:00 AM–8:00 PM): Alternating weekly — Monday–Thursday, then Monday–Wednesday2. Shift B (Night | 8:00 PM–8:00 AM): Alternating weekly — Monday–Wednesday, then Monday–Thursday3. Shift C (Day | 8:00 AM–8:00 PM): Alternating weekly — Thursday–Sunday, then Friday–Sunday4. Shift D (Night | 8:00 PM–8:00 AM): Alternating weekly — Thursday–Sunday, then Friday–SundayPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in warehouse settings, enjoys process optimization, and can manage cross-functional coordination.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.Oversee order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy, speed, and quality.Manage inventory control through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse associates and temporary workers.Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain productivity and compliance.Track and report daily KPIs, identifying opportunities for workflow improvement.Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve logistics or order-related issues.Ensure warehouse operations meet safety standards and company policies.Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and cost control.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse workflows.Hands-on experience supervising and training warehouse teams.
