Deliver Compassionate Care Gatherdata, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of residents.???? Document AccuratelyChart observations and nursing interventions clearly, concisely, and in atimely manner.??????? Lead CNAs Assign CNAduties based on resident needs and staffing levels to ensure consistent care.???? Manage Care LoadsMaintain a specified level of care for a caseload of 14 to 65 residents,depending on assignment.Qualifications:? Graduate of anaccredited School of Nursing.? Valid State of Wisconsin (or equivalent) LPN license or RN license.?
