Job Description :We are looking for a highly talented Quality Control to join our team. Quality Control Inspectors examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specificationsDUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:Measure and document inspections.Supply Quality Control Inspector data necessary for regulatory submissions.Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses.Promotes a fast pace, positive and growth orientated culture of accountability.Interprets technical specifications, directives and relevant publications to identify potential discrepancies and deficiencies.Communicate efficiently with other departments.Preparing and shipping pallets of packaged products.Produce scope of work, pricing, and labor schedules based on engineer’s narrative.Assist in directing the estimating team.Reconciling final inspection documentation for shipments.Communicating with team members and management regarding non-conforming products and participating in the identification of root causes for defects.Working with management and team members, develop process work instructions for production.Performs other related duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS:Relevant experience in inspection and production processesDirect experience with quality functions and/or quality related responsibilitiesMust possess good interpersonal skillsDemonstrates the ability to work with others efficiently and effectively either one-on-one, as a team or in a groupMust possess a positive attitude with self-motivationMust be able to communicate effectively with verbal and written skillsComputer skills are a plusREQUIRED EDUCATION:Minimum of 2 years related experience in a quality position or related functionAbility to lift 75 lb. objectsMinimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
