Great - keep reading to learn more!CARE COORDINATION MANAGER: YOUR ROLEYou are responsible for assisting in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training care coordination supervisors and initial staff. Your management is instrumental in building a strong and capable team to deliver essential support to those in need. You work closely with the Director of Care Coordination and Crisis Services, as well as the Director of Project Implementation. Together, you play a pivotal role in program development and evaluation during the critical first year of implementation.
