If you love helping teams improve communication, create systems that actually work, and unlock their full potential, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoAs a Dental Practice Coach, you will work directly with dental practices to guide operational and leadership growth by helping doctors and teams:Improve systems, workflows, and day-to-day operationsIncrease case acceptance and elevate the patient experienceStrengthen communication, leadership, and accountabilityAnalyze KPIs, financial performance, and operational metricsIdentify growth opportunities and create strategic action plansLead engaging team trainings, workshops, and coaching sessionsSupport culture transformation and team alignmentHelp practices become more profitable, efficient, and patient-focusedYou’ll collaborate closely with practice owners, office managers, and clinical teams while being part of a respected coaching organization known for producing real results.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who combines dental industry experience with strong leadership and coaching abilities.QualificationsStrong background in dental practice operationsExperience leading, managing, or coaching dental teamsDeep understanding of patient experience, scheduling, systems, and practice growthAbility to analyze practice performance and identify opportunities for improvementExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution abilitiesSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independentlyAbility to build trust, motivate teams, and drive accountabilityFamiliarity with dental software and reporting systems is a plusRequirementsMust reside in New York, New Jersey, or ConnecticutMust be willing and able to regularly travel by car within a 200-mile radiusReliable transportation requiredComfortable working in both onsite and hybrid coaching environmentsWhy Smile PotentialAt Smile Potential, you’ll join a passionate, growth-focused team dedicated to making a lasting impact in dentistry.
