We are seeking candidates with a strong robotics background and exposure to vision systems. RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain simulations using Process Simulate, ROBOGUIDE, Emulate3D, etc.Validate cycle time, throughput, JPH, and capacityIdentify bottlenecks and improve system flowSupport virtual commissioning with PLC/HMI/robot controls teamsDevelop workcell documentation, robot data, payloads, videos, and reportsParticipate in design reviews, builds, and customer/project meetingsConcept, develop and plan machine robotic automation solutions, to include custom product development when requiredConduct feasibility studies and evaluations including the set-up and programming of equipment as well as testing, report writing and presentation30% Travel requiredMix of office and plant environment Qualifications:Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience3+ years of work experience with Process Simulation3+ years of work experience with Fanuc RobotsStrong experience with robotic/system simulation softwareBackground in manufacturing automation / roboticsUnderstanding of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and safety systemsKnowledge of ANSI/RIA / ISO robotic safety standards preferredAutomotive manufacturing experienceAMR / autonomous mobile robot simulationThroughput modeling (Plant Simulation, Arena, AutoMod) About Control System Integrators: CSI manages, designs and builds innovative control solutions and provides talent support to solve the most complex problems facing companies around the world.
