Title: Electrical SuperintendentLocation: Plain City, OhioDuration: 12 months contract to hire Pay: $50 - $65 +Local only for OhioOvertime: 1.5x Schedule: 5 - 10's could be up to 60 hours a weekStart date: ASAPCurrent openings: 5Project: Data Centers ProjectsAbout the RoleThe Superintendent will oversee field operations for large-scale construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.This role is well suited for experienced field leaders who excel in fast-paced construction environments and have a strong background in team leadership, coordination, and project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and direct field personnel assigned to active construction projectsManage daily field operations, scheduling, and workforce coordinationCoordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and production activitiesEnsure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and company standardsPromote and enforce workplace safety policies and proceduresConduct planning meetings, field reporting, and daily coordination activitiesSupport project productivity, quality assurance, and budget objectivesCoordinate with project leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsMentor field supervisors, trades personnel, and emerging leadersIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through planning and prefabrication strategiesMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication recordsPreferred Experience & QualificationsMinimum 6+ years of construction experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical environmentsPrevious leadership experience in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar field leadership role preferredExperience managing large, complex construction projects in fast-paced environmentsWorking knowledge of applicable construction codes, standards, and industry best practicesOSHA 30 certification preferredCPR and First Aid certification preferredStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating large field teams and multiple tradesProficiency with construction management software, reporting systems, and digital documentation toolsTravel & Project OpportunitiesOpportunities may include:Dedicated travel assignments supporting large-scale projects nationwideLocal and regional project opportunities in multiple marketsRelocation assistance may be available for qualified candidatesCompensation & BenefitsCompensation is based on experience, leadership responsibilities, and project scope.Benefits may include:Performance-based bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision coverageLife and disability insuranceRetirement savings program with company contributionPaid training and leadership development opportunitiesLong-term career growth within an expanding organizationSafety & CultureSafety is a core value and integrated into all aspects of project execution and daily operations.
