For over forty years, the multidisciplinary studio has created a client base of more than two hundred clients, a list that includes university systems, hospital systems, school districts, and Fortune 500 companies.Essential DutiesA Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and completion of architectural projects. This role leads teams in producing high-quality construction documents and manages all project phases from Pre-Design through Construction Administration. Reporting to the Client Executive/Principal Architect, the Senior Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting our firm's exceptional quality and client service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise project teams to produce quality document sets that comply with deliverable requirements across all project phasesEnsure projects conform to client contractual agreements, meeting established budgets and goals while clearly defining project expectations for team membersCommunicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with office support staff, consultants, and vendorsOrganize and direct architectural and engineering teams to execute work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated mannerDemonstrate sound judgment and decisive leadership, including appropriate stakeholders in the decision-making processMentor junior staff members while providing oversight of their assignments and professional developmentMaintain positive client relationships throughout projects, keeping clients regularly informed of progress and coordinating with key project stakeholdersProvide leadership and technical expertise for construction documents, ensuring adherence to design intentSupport Client Executive and/or Principal Architect in supervision and work delegationPerform Construction Administration duties as requiredTravel occasionally to project sites and client meetingsHere's What You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field requiredArchitecture License preferred7+ years of professional experience in architectural project managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong decision-making abilities with sound professional judgmentProficiency in AutoCAD/Revit programs requiredWorking knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusDSA experience required (Strong Higher Education experience will also be considered)Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skillsComprehensive knowledge of building codesJoin a collaborative team of design professionals dedicated to creating innovative architectural solutions for their clients!
