Van Driver

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional PERSON to join our transportation team. This role involves operating various vehicles, providing excellent customer service for kids, and ensuring safety and maintenance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in school van driving, delivery, or bus operation, with strong communication skills and a focus on safety. Responsibilities Safely operate school van/buses, delivery vehicles, or other transportation modes in accordance with traffic laws and company policies Provide exceptional customer service to passengers or clients during transit Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance or coordinate repairs as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and exterior Communicate effectively with the Center, passengers, or clients regarding schedules, routes, and any delays or issues Follow all safety protocols to ensure passenger safety and vehicle integrity Assist in route planning and navigation to optimize efficiency Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience in school van driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or paratransit operations preferred Strong communication skills for interacting with passengers and team members Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and safety standards Experience in school bus driving or heavy-duty vehicle operation is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required Work Location: In person
