Other hourly rates: $25 – $100 per hour (insurance‑billed). Responsibilities Conduct brief video consultations for common conditions such as pain, dermatology, reflux, and migraines. Review patient histories, document encounters, and determine appropriate non‑controlled prescriptions. Coordinate care through a simple, tech‑enabled workflow — no in‑person visits. Provide admin and technical support as needed. Qualifications Active New York license (NP or MD). 4+ years of clinical experience preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital charting. Ability to commit ≥ 6 hours weekly. No narcotics or controlled substances prescribed.
