Partner to Marketing Intelligence teamAct as day-to-day counterpart to Marketing Data / Intelligence analysts for campaign targeting, segmentation, and performance analysis.Translate business questions from marketing stakeholders into clear analytical briefs, data requirements, and test designs.Work with SQL/BigQuery and Martech tools (Adobe Campaign / SFMC or equivalents) to operationalize and automate campaign logic, evolving away from legacy batch-and-blast patterns.Identify data gaps, define new data attributes, and partner with data engineering / Martech teams to onboard and test new data sources that improve targeting and measurement5–8+ years in marketing analytics, campaign operations, or Martech consulting for large B2C organizations (financial services, membership, travel, or subscription a plus).Strong hands-on experience with:SQL and/or Google BigQuery for segmentation and analysis.At least one enterprise campaign tool (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).Direct response channels: Email, SMS, and Web personalization the tricky thing will be the "SQL and/or Google BigQuery for segmentation and analysis."
