This position will work within an assigned territory working directly with prospective customers on site.\nIn this role you will:\n\nOperate within a designated territory to engage with qualified leads and prospective customers.\nConduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers while developing customized security and automated alarm systems based on their needs\nLeverage sales tools to drive productivity and an efficient sales process\nRepresent Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity, while adhering to company policies and values\n\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\n\nAbility to demonstrate high level communication skills\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections and close sales\nSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindset\nDemonstrate accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nWhat Safe Haven requires in a candidate:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation\n\n \nCompensation Structure:\n\nUncapped commission only - paid weekly\nAverage compensation payout is $426 per package, with an average of 9 installs per month.\nAdditional sales bonuses range from $1000 to $2,000 per month.\nTop performers earn a range of $70,000 to $125,000.\n\n \nPhysical Abilities:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
