About the RoleWe are seeking a Program Director to provide executive leadership for a statewide initiative focused on the implementation and evaluation of a Key Indicator Differential Monitoring System for child care programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall program governance, strategic direction, and executive oversightServe as the primary interface with state stakeholders and senior leadershipEnsure alignment with regulatory, operational, and performance requirementsOversee project execution, delivery quality, and risk managementGuide organizational structure, staffing strategy, and subcontractor coordinationRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience managing large public-sector or human services programsProven experience leading statewide or multi-stakeholder initiativesStrong background in governance, compliance, and performance managementExperience in child care, human services, or regulatory environments preferred
