Job Description :Provide teller services to members and resolve member issuesCross-sell and educate members on Credit Union products and servicesOpen accounts and products for membersAccept loan applications and ensure proper information and paperwork is collectedAssist members with issues that arise with their debit cardsBack up other staff as necessaryComplete other duties as needed when requested by managementQUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of customer service or office experiencePrior banking experience helpfulExcellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skillsImpeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskAssociates degreeBENEFITS:Competitive salaryCredit Union funded 401K Paid time offSocial activities (plays, dinners, annual picnic) TYPE OF POSITION:· Part time – 20 hours, 4 days per weekThe job description is a general description of essential job functions.
